The custom designed McKenzie plan features the best of Pacific Northwest Craftsman style. Open timber frame construction at the front and back patios result in soaring vaults paired with natural tongue & groove cedar ceilings that can be experienced both from inside and outside the home.

The light-filled entry includes a beautiful handmade bench with coathooks built by our carpenter. The gourmet kitchen with its enormous island is ideal for gathering and entertaining, and the cabinet maker created a custom appliance garage with bi-fold doors and open shelves to keep the microwave hidden and the countertops free of clutter.  The dining room cabinetry, complete with beverage center, is ready to house a brewers’ collection of drinks in the deep drawers and feature display items on the lit shelves.

The great room’s rustic timber beams serve as a counterpoint to the contemporary floating shelves set against a backdrop of painted shiplap.  Windows on either side of the fireplace and the wall of windows showcasing the outdoor living area fill the great room with soft light.

The private primary suite inspires relaxation with its tray ceiling and layers of light add ambience (natural, fixture, rope, and task lighting). The bathroom includes a free-standing soaking tub and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, as well as convenient linen storage and custom cabinetry. A separate walk-in closet and exterior door to the patio add to the private feel of the suite. Two additional bedrooms share a jack & jill bath, while the powder bath is centrally located for your guests. Upstairs, the bonus room offers a flexible, multi-purpose space to getaway and a handy storage closet!
