WHAT IS THE MAVERICK HOME BUYERS WARRANTY?

Through this program, we provide every home we build with 10 full years of structural home warranty protection. In addition, around your 1-year anniversary, we’ll schedule a walk-through to take care of any minor issues that have developed. We build homes to last, and we invest in our relationship with our owners.

WHAT DOES BEING A MAVERICK MEMBER MEAN FOR YOUR HOME?

Maverick only accepts the best builders into their program. To become a member, Evergreen Homes went through an extensive screening process that measures our building practices against strict underwriting guidelines, in addition to a careful inspection of our workmanship to ensure we maintain a high quality product.

When you build with Evergreen Homes, you will have the confidence of knowing that your builder’s warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by a strong warranty insurer. Evergreen Homes will enroll your home on the date of closing, and you will receive your copy of the Maverick Home Buyers Warranty in the mail. The warranty is fully-transferable, which increases the resale value of your home and makes the next home buyer as confident in their choice as you were.

WHAT’S COVERED?

10 full years of structural defect coverage for load-bearing components
2 full years of systems surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems
1 full year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials
