With a project budget of $971,900, Evergreen Homes successfully delivered the project on time, despite various challenges along the way, including a delayed recording process and a tough winter storm. Yet, they remained undeterred, completing the home just in time for the 2024 BIA Tour of Homes – New and Remodeled event.
The “Savanna” plan, featured in this award-winning project, exemplifies the perfect blend of form and function in just over 2,200 square feet. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a private guest suite, the layout ensures comfort and privacy while maintaining an inviting and open atmosphere. The design of the common living areas, featuring a wall of windows and soaring 11-foot ceilings, creates an expansive yet intimate space that brings the beauty of the surrounding evergreen trees into the home.
One of the highlights of this project is the seamless collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers who delivered impeccable results under pressure. From the stunning tile work in the primary bathroom to the tongue-and-groove cedar ceilings at the porches, every detail was meticulously crafted to elevate the home’s livability and aesthetic appeal. Notably, J’s Custom Landscaping went above and beyond by installing a firepit with a sitting wall, creating a private and serene retreat nestled in the backyard’s natural beauty.
